01 / APPOINTMENTS
Arriving for your visit
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment. This allows time to discuss your needs, enjoy a refreshment and settle in.
Appointments run to a schedule. If you arrive late, your treatment may not be possible. A treatment that starts late will still finish at the booked time so that the next guest is not delayed.
02 / DURING TREATMENT
A comfortable space for everyone
- Please switch off your mobile phone during the treatment.
- Guests are asked to keep their underwear on throughout the massage.
- Golden Touch offers professional massage therapy. Erotic or sexual services are not offered.
03 / YOUR WELLBEING
Health & suitability
Before booking, please discuss any medical conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, allergies, injuries, skin concerns or infections with Golden Touch. These details may affect which treatment is suitable for you.
04 / FEEDBACK
Comments & complaints
If you have a concern about your treatment, please speak to the receptionist before you leave so it can be addressed at the time.
